Welcome to Cardun Care

Cardun Care CIC is a provider of supported living accommodation, which caters for individuals in our community with varying levels of care needs. The people we support may have a mild, severe or enduring mental health need, an acquired brain injury, or autism.

We can offer short, medium or long term packages of care and support from a few hours of care a week to a 24/7complex care provision.

Cardun Care is passionate about the care and support we provide to our community. We deliver Personal care with compassion, aimed to help people we support maintain personal hygiene, maintain dignity, maintain comfort, maintain participation, maintain independence and reach mutually agreed outcomes as agreed in their unique daily living care plan.

The Personal care we deliver is based around what matters to the individual, their strengths, needs, preferences whilst also supporting individuals to build upon their self esteem.

We are a care agency that offers Person-centered care. This means that we work in partnership and collaboration with the extraordinary adults we support who each have their own unique and differential care needs to support them to lead more fulfilling and independent lives.
